Because drives are typically part of a larger computer network, resellers are a logical channel for sales growth.  


A new North America loyalty program, myWD, demonstrated the company’s commitment to more effective engagement, rewards, training and support.

OgilvyOne was hired to build the program out for use across Europe and the Asia Pacific region.


OgilvyOne's marketing technology partner, Verticurl, addressed infrastructure challenges and provided marketing automation planning and implementation services. This allowed the infrastructure to manage the rollout of the myWD loyalty program worldwide.

In addition, we integrated the client's databases, email systems and CRM to enable automation and incorporation of business intelligence capabilities.


Early results show better systems leading to higher sales. Western Digital's sales volume has significantly increased, with sign-up to the myWD partner loyalty program experiencing healthy growth.

Based on this initiative, the goal is to triple reseller revenues going forward.
